South Beach Wine and Food Festival

This years South Beach Wine & Food Festival sounds like it is going to be amazing. Top chef’s from all over the country will be coming to do their thing.

The Celebrities

The festival runs from February 19-22, and takes place at various venues around South Beach. The weather at that time of year is usually the best in the country. You can’t beat walking around Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road in the most gorgeous climate and the energy from the influx of visitors is as intoxicating as the wine at the festival. Many well known names like Emeril Lagasse, Rachel Ray, Paula Dean, and Bobby Flay just to name a few will be part of this years festivities.

The Tribute Dinner

The Tribute Dinner for Emeril is star studded with Martha Stewart as emcee, guest celebrity chefs include Mario Batali, Bobby Flay and Eric Ripert and many more. They have seminars about Barbecue and wine pairing, Sushi and wine pairing, Sherry and cheese and my personal favorite Chocolate and wine pairing with Godiva chocolates.
