About Us

Marci Trautenberg is a Florida native having lived here all her life. She has worked in the real estate business for the last fifteen years, specializing in the Aventura, Sunny Isles and Miami areas. She has worked for several developers and  has had many years of experience in the condo-conversion market. Working with a business partner for the last twelve years gives her the time to dedicate to her customers the attention they need and deserve.Having also managed a real estate office also gives her the background and expertise in all facets of the  real estate business including sales,listings and rentals.

Tammy Schweitzer was born in Israel and moved to the United States in 1961 and grew up in Nashville Tennessee where she met her husband.  His first job led them to South Florida.  Broward County has been her home for 39 years.

Tammy’s passion is Real Estate; She loves the “matchmaking” between her customers and their Real Estate needs.  The appreciation of her service and expertise has developed personal relationships and long-term friendships which have continued to fuel her referral base.

For the past 17 years Tammy’s Real Estate world revolved around Dade County; to be specific Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside and Aventura.

Tammy has extensive experience in site new project sales and condominium conversion sales. The diverse and dynamic makeup of the hot Miami marketplace teams Tammy with international customers who need special close attention and a fluctuating market. It’s her mission is to bring her customers top professionalism, knowledge, and integrity to make all the right moves in property acquisition.

Recently having joined EWM Real Estate, Tammy joined a dedicated team who understands that real estate is a person-to-person business sure to provide everyone with personalized, professional, real estate services.

Tammy is a certified e-pro and a member of the Florida Association of Realtors.  Tammy speaks English, German and Hebrew. In her spare time she works with a Broward County non-profit organization, Jewish Family Service project “KOLOT”, dedicated to stop domestic violence.
